Aquarium Society or Club Donation Request

Each year, we receive an increasing number of donation requests from aquarium societies, koi shows, and various clubs from all over the United States. To help us decide whether to consider your group or event, we ask for a single member to submit the form below.

Requests will be reviewed by our customer service team and contacted via email. Groups that do not return a complete form will not receive consideration. After submitting, please allow 1-2 weeks for your email to be processed. If accepted, we will require a valid business address for shipments and deliveries.

If your group would like to join our newsletter, please email a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Comma Separated Values (.csv) or PDF roster with the name and emails of your club members to fish@hikariusa. This information will be used to add your club members to the Hikari^® USA monthly newsletter. If you are having difficulty submitting the online form, print and complete this document.
